All prices are in Australian Dollars (AU).

Payment

Payment can be made by direct deposit or credit card through Paypal. Payment is expected within 3 days unless other arrangements have been made.

We do offer a layby service. All layby's require a 10% deposit and weekly payments must be made. Layby's are to be completed within 8 weeks. Please specify it is a layby in the comments section at checkout.

Shipping Information

We offer flat rate shipping for Australian deliveries for $8. However if buying a smaller item (for example, 1 wetbag or 1 pair of Frilly Tushies) these can be posted for $2 and extra postage will be refunded. If you are in Rockingham, Western Australia or surrounding suburbs you can arrange to pick your order up for free. Postage is free for Australian orders over $150.

For international orders please contact us for a postage quote before ordering.

All of our items are currently in stock so we aim to post orders within 24 hours of payment clearing.

Returns

Each manufacturer has different warranty terms and conditions. If you believe the product you bought is faulty please contact us so we can assess whether the product is covered under the manufacturers warranty for repair or replacement.

We do not accept returns for any purchases where you have simply changed your mind.

If you have any problems with the products you have purchased please contact me. I am happy to help troubleshoot problems and make your cloth nappy buying experience a pleasant one.

Privacy

Any information you give us to complete your transaction is strictly confidential. Your email address, and any other information you provide will not be sold, or passed on to any third parties.

Products

When we started out our aim was to provide Australian products only, however this is not always possible. Many Australian companies have outsourced the manufacturing of their items to other countries and there are many fantastic products being developed internationally. We aim to specify in the product listing if a product is an international one.

Bulk Packs

We do have a couple of bulk packs in stock however if you would like to design your own pack for purchase we are happy to offer a discount. Contact us with your requirements and we will let you know a discounted sales price.

Home Demonstrations

We do offer home demonstrations throughout the Perth metro area and occasionally in some country locations. Contact us to see if we are happy to travel to your area. These are obligation free so you get to see and touch a variety of brands of nappies and learn more about them with no pressure to buy.

Layby

We do offer a layby service. Terms are 8 weeks with an initial 10% deposit. Contact us with your requirements or put your order through the checkout and write layby in the comments box at checkout.
